How We Are Different
At FQHC Partners we believe in transparency and trust. We know that if you do not trust that we have your best interest at heart we will not find the perfect candidate. We also know that if we are not transparent with our community health center partners, they will never fully trust us. Because transparency is one of our core values, we have decided to do recruiting much differently than other recruiting agencies. We have set pricing and our fees will never exceed $25,000 no matter what the salary or position is that you engage us to fill for you.
Types of Searches Offered by FQHC Partners
Engaged Search
An Engaged Search is when a percentage of the fee is paid to the FQHC Partners when the search begins. The remaining fee is only paid when a candidate has successfully accepted a formal offer of employment.
Contingent Search
A contingent search is when FQHC Partners lets our clients have first right of refusal to see any candidate we think would be a good fit for their organization. We only collect a fee if we have identified and presented a qualified candidate that accepts a formal offer of employment.
Pricing
Any position that FQHC Partners fills for your health center will have a 15% fee that will never exceed $25,000.
Donation
Once a candidate is successfully placed with your health center and meets the guaranteed time of employment, we will make a donation of 10% of the paid fee we collect back to any FQHC of your choosing.
